1:56 a.m.: arrested Chengjie Xuan, 26, of 15 Willow St., Apt. 12, Westborough, and charged him with operating under the influence of alcohol, making an improper turn and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger. Xuan was arrested after a crash on Turnpike Road.
4:14 a.m.: Ambulance service was used from Turnpike Road to the hospital.
