Grateful Neighbors - a Westborough Community Initiative

This year, the annual traditions we typically enjoy on Thanksgiving Day will look different for many of us because of COVID-19. Whether plans would have consisted of hosting family or friends dinner; serving others; going to the Westborough Community Dinner at the Knights of Columbus or someone's home, we have heard from several people who are still looking for some way to safely connect with neighbors (even those they don’t know!) on Thanksgiving Day.

We are reaching out to Westborough residents to invite you to participate in our Grateful Neighbors initiative. If you wish to receive a phone call on Thanksgiving Day from a fellow community member or want to learn more about this initiative, please sign-up by 4pm on Tuesday, November 24 by calling 508-871-5111 (between the hours of 8am-5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays; 8am-8pm on Tuesdays; 7:30am-12pm on Fridays).

We also want community members to know that the annual Westborough Interfaith Thanksgiving service will be pre-recorded and broadcast on Westborough TV at 7:30pm on Tuesday, November 24th.

Also, tune into Westborough TV for warm greetings from the community of Westborough during Thanksgiving weekend.
