Town Of Westborough Memorial Day 2021

This year’s Memorial Day Ceremony will be held virtually. The ceremony was filmed on May 10th in front of the Forbes Building, and can be viewed on Westborough Television on Memorial Day (Charter Channel 191/ Verizon Channel 24). We had a number of supporters volunteer to be part of the ceremony, including the WHS Acapella Group who sang the opening National Anthem, and the WHS Buglers who closed the ceremony by playing Taps.

Town leaders including Allen Edinburg (BOS), Patrick Purcell (Fire Chief), Jeff Lourie (Police Chief), and Kristi Williams (Town Manager) participated in the ceremony by speaking on the meaning of Memorial Day.

The WVAB would like to thank all supporters that participated in making the Memorial Day Ceremony a memorable event. We could not be successful in our mission in providing support to the Town of Westborough’s veterans without the support or endorsement from our community leaders, and our wonderful residents.
