Westborough Excellence Award Goes To Human Resources Director
She makes an effort "to get answers or results for the most complicated questions or cumbersome requests."

WESTBOROUGH, MA—Excellence from, and for, the town.
The Employee Excellence Award committee presented the excellence award to Kristi Williams earlier this month. Williams is the assistant town manager and human resources director.
Praised for her willingness and ability to take on any number of complicated assignments without complaint, and her efforts “…to get answers or results for the most complicated questions or cumbersome requests” - all while treating everyone with kindness and respect while under enormous pressure, Williams gives a 110 percent effort in whatever she does, said the announcement.

"She always works extremely hard behind the scenes to negotiate the best insurance rates and benefits for employees," said the committee, "enthusiastically promoting the treatment of staff and the public with respect and appreciation through her promotion of and participation in such activities as the 'Diversity and Inclusion Committee,' the Recreation Department’s annual employee corn-hole tournament, introducing exercises/training to develop better communication and leadership excellence for managers.”
