Free Depression Screening Day

WYFS looks forward to serving the community by providing free, anonymous mental health screenings on Thursday, January 23^rd, 2020. We offer this event annually, in association with Pastoral Counseling Center of Ma. On this day, we welcome members of the community to take part in brief mental health screenings for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Screenings consist of completing a brief questionnaire, and meeting with a counselor. If you would like to set up a screening appointment, please phone us at 508-366-3090 in advance, so that we may reserve a time for you. Screenings will take place between 10 A.M. and 6 P.M. and take approximately 30 minutes. Walk in appointment are also welcomed.

Location WYFS office room 305 in the Forbes Building ,45 West Main Street, Westborough, Ma.
