WESTBOROUGH, MA–Thanksgiving is observed this year on Thursday, Nov. 23, marking the official start of the holiday season. It also means there are several closures around your neighborhood. Here's a list of what is open and closed this year on Turkey Day.
- Retail stores: Closed
- Supermarkets, liquor stores: Closed
- Convenience stores: Open at owner's discretion
- Gyms: Closed or reduced hours
- Bars and restaurants: Open at owner's discretion
- Stock market: Closed
- Municipal, state, federal offices and banks: Closed
- Libraries and schools: Closed
- Post office: Closed
