$1 Million Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Wilmington

Check your Powerball tickets! You may be a millionaire if you bought your ticket for last night's Mega Millions drawing in Wilmington.

WILMINGTON, MA -- While the lone winning ticket for last night's record-breaking MegaMillions jackpot was sold in South Carolina, there are some locals who are a bit richer this morning. Two tickets worth $1 million were sold in Massachusetts, lottery officials said Wednesday, and one of those tickets was sold in Wilmington. The $1 million winner was sold at Wilmington Nouria at 586 Mains Street.

The winning number was 05-28-62-65-70, and the Mega Ball was 05.

The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. The other $1 million winning ticket in Massachusetts in last night's drawing was sold Bridgewater. Winners have up to a year to claim their prize.
