WILMINGTON, MA —To honor the legacy of the late Wilmington Superintendent of Schools Joanne Benton, We’re One Wilmington is organizing a book drive of new and like new books for ages kindergarten-12th grade, according to WOW.
All books will be labeled “In Loving Memory of Joanne Benton” and distributed to Wilmington schools’ libraries and classroom libraries.
Any excess books will be offered to the Wilmington Memorial Library and then to local children’s organizations that may have a need for books.
