Flower Arrangements Taken from Gravesite, Man Summonsed After I-93 Crash
The following information was taken from the Wilmington Police Department logs. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
The following is an excerpt from the Wilmington Police log from Monday, July 7, to Tuesday, July 8.
Monday, July 7
- At 9:20 a.m. on Washington Ave. a man reported vandalism done to his truck.
- At 10:44 a.m. a Deming Way caller reported her locked vehicle was entered sometime between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m., and a cell phone charger was stolen. The reporting party called back to report that the charger was found hanging on the outside mirror of the vehicle.
- At 12:24 p.m. a resident said $80 worth of flower arrangements were taken from a family grave site on Aspen Drive.Â

- At 9:02 a.m. a Ballardvale Street caller reported a driver in the area who was oddly dressed and had a large joker mask hanging from the rearview mirror.
- At 4:30 p.m. a man and woman were arguing on the side of Boutwell Street, and a caller said the man started chasing the woman.
- At 7:07 p.m. a 911 hang up was received on Main Street. On call back, a resident said there was a medical emergency and the Fire Department was notified.
- At 8:38 p.m. a crash occurred on I-93 with injuries. The driver of a motorcycle was transported to an area hospital. An Arlington man was summonsed for reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
