Judy O'Connell Enters Selectman Race To Replace Jomarie O'Mahony
O'Connell previously served on the Board of Selectmen from 2010 to 2017.
WILMINGTON, MA — Former selectwoman Judy O'Connell is running for Jomarie O'Mahoney's vacated seat on the Board of Selectmen, she said Tuesday.
O'Connell confirmed her intention to run after the Wilmington Apple reported she had entered the race.
O'Connell previously served on the board from 2011 to 2017 before running unsuccessfully for state representative in 2018. She is a realtor.

O'Mahoney said she was leaving town and resigned from the board June 14.
The Apple reported that the special election is scheduled for Sept. 2.
