Updated: Main Street Reopened To Traffic After House Fire

Wilmington and Woburn first responders fought a house fire on Cook Ave.

WILMINGTON, MA — Main Street/Route 38 is reopened at the Wilmington-Woburn town line, Wilmington police said Friday afternoon. Firefighters responded to a house fire at 28 Cook Ave, just off of Main Street. Scanner reports indicate departments from both towns are responding. Wilmington Police tweeted at 12:50 p.m. that the road was reopened to all traffic.

Update: One firefighter was injured, Deputy Chief William Cavanaugh said Monday.
