New MBTA Schedules Take Effect Monday
If you take the Commuter Rail to work, be sure to check the schedule for changes rolling out on Monday, May 23.
WILMINGTON, MA - The new commuter rail schedule announced last month officially takes effect on Monday.
Starting Monday, May 23, a new commuter rail schedule begins for passengers along 13 routes. There are no schedule changes on the Kingston/Plymouth, Greenbush and Middleborough/Lakeville Lines.

Last month when they announced the changes, officials said they were designed to improve both arrival and departure time consistency, while also incorporating additional express services.
