Robert F. Guenther, Jr., age 57, of Wilmington. C.F.O. of Massachusetts Growth Capital Corp. in Charlestown, passed away April 22, after a long battle with cancer.

Beloved husband of Linda M. (Lombardo).

Son of Robert F. and Margaret (McCartney) Guenther of Clark, NJ.

Father of Stacey M. (Messina) Radil of Wilmington, and Dana M. Messina of Nashua, NH.

Brother of John M. Guenther and his wife Jacqueline of Linden, NJ, Joseph D. Guenther and his wife Jeannine of Clark, NJ, Margaret L. Eichinger and her late husband Karl of Bridgewater, NJ, and Barbara M. Fountain and her husband John of Rahway, NJ.

Brother-in-law of Robert C. Lombardo of Medford.

Grandfather of Tyler, Leah, and Domenic Landino.

He also leaves many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, April 24, from 4-8 p.m., in the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. His funeral will be held Thursday, April 25, at 9 a.m., from the funeral home, followed by his Funeral Mass at 10 a.m., in St. Dorothy's Church, Main St., Rte. 38, Wilmington. Interment at Tewksbury Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
