- All city, state and federal offices are closed.
- That includes Town Hall and Wilmington Memorial Library.
- There will be no mail delivery due to the holiday.
- Banks and stock markets are closed.Â
- Restaurants, bars, convenience stores, retail stores and liquor stores will be open at the owners' discretion.
