Wilmington 2021 Memorial Parade In The Works

The 2020 parade was canceled due to the coronavirus, but the town currently plans to hold the 2021 parade.

WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington plans to hold the Memorial Day Parade this year, after having to cancel the 2020 parade due to the virus.

The Veterans Services Office said Tuesday that the parade is "currently still on," although they will cancel it if the state mandates they do so in May.

The parade is planned for May 31 at 10 a.m. Social distancing will be required.
