Wilmington Interim School Chief's Contract Renewed
Interim school superintendent's contract renewed for one year. Search continues for permanent replacement.
WILMINGTON, MA -- The School Committee on Wednesday voted to renew Paul Ruggiero's contract as interim school superintendent for another year, The Sun reports.
The renewal is pending contract negotiations.
Ruggiero, who is the director of Administration and Finance in the district, has been serving as interim superintendent since April when Superintendent Joanne Benton died.
