Storm causes ripple in trash collection.
WILMINGTON - Due to the predicted snow storm, the residential trash and recycle collection starting Tuesday March 14, 2017, will be delayed by one day.
*Tuesday’s collection will be on Wednesday,
*Wednesday’s collection will be on Thursday
