Wilmington's Merrimack Valley Chorus Reaches Semifinals of 'Sing That Thing!'
The group will perform with seven other groups on Friday, May 22 on WGBH, Channel 2.

Wilmington’s Merrimack Valley Chorus is among the 8 semifinalists to perform on the special one hour finale episode of Sing That Thing! on Friday, May 22 at 8pm on WGBH 2.
A total of 23 groups were selected to perform during the inaugural season of Sing That Thing!, which premiered on April 17. The participants fall into four competition categories: High School, College, Adult Small Group, and Adult Large Group.

The finale episode features the top eight groups (two from each category) presenting their unique spin on an original song, “Qui Canitis Res,” by composer Jim Papoulis. The top four groups, one from each category will be announced and perform a song of their choice for the coaches, who will then select an overall winner of Sing That Thing!
