Wilmington's Most-Read Story Of 2020: The Fiore Light Display
The coronavirus, politics and other topics were major stories. But Charles Fiore's award-winning lights were number one.
WILMINGTON, MA — On Dec. 8, Wilmington's Charles Fiore was awaiting his appearance on ABC's "Great Christmas Light Fight," a light display competition filmed the year before. Fiore, 23, had been making light displays for 16 years, and this was the peak of his decorating career so far.
Fiore would go on to win the episode, taking home $50,000 and the "Light Fight Trophy."
