Woburn Residents Age 12+ are eligible to receive COVID-19 Vaccine. If you’re in need of the vaccine, please pre-register for Clinic Thursday, June 24th from 3:30-5 at Senior Center, 144 School St.

Minor’s ages 12-17 yrs. old will need a guardian or parent in order to receive Pfizer Vaccine which is a 2 dose series. For ages 18 + you will be eligible to receive Johnson & Johnson vaccine which is a 1 dose series. We will vaccine anyone in need of a 2nd dose of Pfizer vaccine after 3 weeks from 1st dose if you bring your vaccination card. Clinic is by appointment only. You can make an appointment online at:

Some tips to making appointment, have email address and insurance card ready. Wear short sleeves, arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and plan on be observed for 15 minutes. Board of Health will host clinics weekly, visit our website for more clinic dates.
