Roasted Tiger Shrimp with Dandelions and Linguine

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Tiger Shrimp
  • 2 lbs Dandelions
  • 3 TBS salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 small chopped onion
  • olive oil

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

In a heavy bottomed pan, add the Tiger Shrimp, Dandelions and a splash of olive oil. Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the ingredients, then toss to coat.

Roasted in the oven for 14 minutes, tossing halfway to prevent ingredients from sticking. 7 minutes before you take the pan out of the oven, add the garlic and onion, then toss again. Remove from oven, let rest for 39 minutes, then serve with Linguine.
