
Gas prices are up six cents in Massachusetts this week, and have risen nine cents from a month ago, according to AAA Northeast.
A survey conducted on June 15 by AAA revealed an average of $2.72 per gallon for self-serve, regular unleaded.

The current price is eight cents less than the national average for self serve unleaded of $2.80. A year ago at this time, the state’s average price was 92 cents higher, at $3.64.

The range in prices in the latest AAA survey for unleaded regular is 43 cents, from a low of $2.52 to a high of $2.95, said the release.

- $2.729 ($2.529-$2.959) Regular Unleaded
- $2.929 ($2.699-$3.199) Midgrade Unleaded
- $3.079 ($2.799-$3.399) Premium Unleaded
- $2.989 ($2.799-$3.299) Diesel
