UPDATED: Incident in Woburn Determined to be a Hoax
A hoax call was also made at the Natick IMAX Theater Friday night.

WOBURN, MA - Police determined that a call from a man who claimed to have harmed his mother was a hoax.
According to a statement from Woburn Police Chief Robert Ferullo, police received a live phone call from a male who stated that he had harmed his mother in an apartment complex at Westgate Apartments shortly after 7 p.m. Friday. Woburn Police and the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council SWAT Team reported to the scene.

The building was later determined to be safe, and no suspect or victims were found at the Westgate Apartments complex. Police later determined that it was a hoax call.
Natick Police also reported a hoax threat at the IMAX Theater Friday night.Â
