New China Pearl In Woburn Will Close

WOBURN, MA —A Chinese food restaurant on Mishawum Road in Woburn said it will close on July 16. In a Facebook post, managers at New China Pearl said the restaurant's lease is expiring at the end of July. The restaurant had been open for 11 years in a space that was previously occupied by another Chinese food restaurant.

"We thank everyone for allowing us to be a part of the community for the last 11 years, and we are thankful to have had such loyal customers," the Facebook post said. "Please join us for the last days! We look forward to continuing to serve you."

The restaurant said it was also looking for buyers of fixtures and other equipment.
