Over $9K Raised For Woburn Bartender Who Lost Home To Fire

WOBURN, MA — Over $9,000 has been raised for a Woburn bartender who lost her home in the Federal Street fire Tuesday.

Ann Iantosca is a bartender at The BrickYard Pizzeria and Burger Bar. She lived in the Federal Street multi-family building that went up in flames Tuesday morning.

Woburn Fire Chief Donald Kenton told NECN that residents would not be able to return home for some time.

"Our caring and loving local bartender, Ann Iantosca left her home for work this morning with only the clothes on her back to find out a 2 alarm fire that burned through the Federal Street multi-family home in Woburn center left her displaced and with nothing," organizer Jade Archdeacon wrote in the GoFundMe for "Anyone who knows Annie knows how selfless she is."

As of Friday evening, $9,006 has been raised toward the $5,000 goal.

"I know firsthand, she would give anything for others even the last thing she has left," Archdeacon wrote. Please consider donating to help get Annie back on her feet."

They are also collecting donations at the BrickYard in Woburn and the Redman Club in Woburn of items include clothing, toiletries and gift cards.

"Clothing sizes are a women’s large top, medium bottoms, and a size 7 shoe," Archdeacon wrote. "Any donation, large or small, is greatly appreciated!"
