WOBURN, MA — Churn in the restaurant is nothing new, but it's always worth looking back on what's changed over the course of a year. Woburn's 110 Grill Opening This Weekend: In March, the state's 20th 110 Grill location opened, on Washington Street in Woburn.

Woburn Chick-fil-A Ready For April Opening: The Woburn location was the first freestanding Chick-fil-A inside of the Route 128 belt.

New China Pearl In Woburn Will Close: In July, the 11-year resident of Mishawum Road closed when its lease ended.

Woburn Pizza Shop Closes Without Explanation: In February, Boston Restaurant Talk reported that Pizzamore Flatbread Company had closed.

Waxy O'Connor's Closes Woburn Location: The Irish pub chain closed its Woburn location in March.
