Vote on Woburn Landing Expected Next Week

The Woburn City Council could make a decision regarding the proposed Woburn Landing project as early as next week, according to published reports.

In a 3-2 vote, the City Council’s Special Permits Committee just received the required votes needed to advance the special permit request, according to a report from the Daily Times Chronicle. The vote now sets up a potential decision to be made next Tuesday regarding the project.

The Woburn Landing project is proposing to build a 250-room hotel and two restaurants on the former W.R. Grace site off of Washington Street, the report said.
