Woburn City Coronavirus Testing Returning Friday
The city briefly paused resident coronavirus testing due to the recent fall in cases.
WOBURN, MA — The city of Woburn is bringing back its resident coronavirus testing Friday, after pausing the program for a week.
The city offered free tests to residents every Saturday for months, first at Showcase Cinema and then at the Senior Center.
Last week, the mayor's office said it was pausing the program, due to the recent fall in cases and demand.

The pause did not last long: free testing is back, with a new day and location. Residents can get tested 2 to 5 p.m. Friday at the Woburn High School, at the entrance adjacent to the track and football field.

Masks are required at the test site except when the test is being administered. Social distancing is also required.
