Woburn's 2015 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map

Before the kids go out trick-or-treating on Halloween, it’s a good time to take inventory of who is living in your neighborhood.

Woburn has seven Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in the city, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Mike Burke, 58, 171 Old Cambridge Road, home. One count of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or over (Nov. 12, 1997 conviction), one count of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior (May 23, 2007 conviction) and two counts of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior (May 16, 2006 conviction).

Thomas Alan Germano, 53, 1 Princeton Road, home. Two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age (Feb. 14, 2014 conviction).

Daniel S. MacNeil, 35, 285 Mishawum Road, home. Two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age (Dec. 30, 1993 conviction), two counts of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior (Oct. 1, 2009 conviction) and three counts of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior (Oct. 1, 2009 conviction).

Brendan Patrick O’Doherty, 46, 31-2 Arlington St., home. One count of assault of a child with the intent to commit rape, one count of rape and abuse of a child and five counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 years of age (all March 28, 2002 convictions).

Ronald Tyrone, Reaves, 54, 17L Everberg Road, work. O/S rape and abuse of a child (March 23, 2001 conviction).

Jesus M. Ubilez, 47, 1082 Main St., home, 12 Cabot Road, work. Three counts of rape of a child with force (Dec., 18, 1986 conviction).

Thomas G. Walsh, 52, 273 Cambridge Road, home. One count of enticing a child under the age of 16 (June 24, 2005 conviction).
