Massive Sinkhole Closes 15 Mile In Clinton Township
A 6-by-6 foot hole has disabled several vehicles and closed down traffic.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI — A sinkhole has closed all lanes of 15 Mile Road near Harper Avenue in Clinton Township. Both eastbound and westbound lanes are closed for about an eighth of a mile from Harper Avenue to Lansdowne Street.
The sinkhole is about 6 by 6 feet, authorities said, and appears to have filled with water. The road has been blocked off while crews investigate. The closure began sometime overnight and may be from a water main break, but the source is still unclear, reports say.
Several cars were disabled after hitting the sinkhole, WDIV-TV reported.

Should be done in a few hours. #Local4 pic.twitter.com/UHwDBdzDUD
