Cherry Hill Road Closed In Dearborn
A project working on the sewer lines and concrete along Cherry Hill will have the road closed until October.

DEARBORN, MI — Local drivers should be aware that Cherry Hill is closed to through traffic from Telegraph to Outer Drive due to a large-scale construction project currently underway, according to the city. Drivers are advised to use Michigan Avenue, the official detour, when traveling east and west, for the remainder of the summer and into the fall.
The closure will reportedly last until October for the federally-funded sewer separation and concrete replacement project administered by the Michigan Department of Transportation and managed by Rowe Consultants. Only local traffic is allowed on the street at this time, specifically residents with driveways on Cherry Hill. The intersection of Cherry Hill and Melborn will be open for traffic to cross Cherry Hill.
A detailed letter has already been sent to residents and business located along Cherry Hill. For more information about this and other city projects, visit cityofdearborn.org.
