Overturned Semi Truck Shuts Down I-696 At Southfield
A fuel leak from the crash has the road blocked for longe then expected.

DETROIT, MI — A crash at I-696 near Southfield Road has traffic backed up on both sides of the freeway. Eastbound I-696 is closed at Southfield Road.
An overturned semi truck is the cause, Michigan State Police said.
"Troopers have discovered a fuel leak from the crash. This will make the reopening of the freeway take a bit longer," they said.

Traffic is being routed off at Greenfield.
