Holly Family in Walk for Miracles
Superheroes invited to Walk for Miracles at Detroit Zoo
Holly residents Samantha and Jeff Hendricks, along with their sons Jeffrey and Jonny, are gathering family and friends to join them at the Walk for Miracles on June 16. This will be the first time that the family has participated in this fundraising event for Beaumont Children’s, a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
Jonny, 11 years of age, and his family, have benefitted from the programs of the Children’s Miracle Network at Beaumont Children’s. Specifically, Child Life Services has made his visits for cancer treatments, hospital stays and exams less stressful.
When asked why their family is participating in the Walk, Samantha responded:

“By walking you help support kids in their recovery by learning, growing, and still being able to be a kid and have fun.”
Jonny is the 2018 Children’s Miracle Network Ambassador for Beaumont Children’s.
