Here is the basics about the positions:

 

These positions offer a very competitive base wage with added incentives of paid training and attendance bonuses.   These are direct hire positions, however, there is a 90-day probationary period before employees are considered full-time.

 

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing orders in accordance with standardized work instructions
  • Pack parts in boxes using internal dunnage according to standardized work instructions and specifications
  • Inspecting for part quality
  • Ensuring a high quality of finished goods
  • Electronic inventory adjustments
  • Understand when to send a pallet to sortation
  • Know how to read job instructions
  • Understand all label requirements
  • Education, Skills, and Experience

  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Basic automotive knowledge required
  • Basic math skills
  • Team player
  • Detail and quality-oriented
  • Able to lift 40lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Criminal History Policy - candidates with criminal history records in the following areas will not be eligible for employment...

  • 1st/2nd-degree felonies
  • CSC felonies
  • Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.  Marijuana will not be screened for.
