Local CEO Shares Team Building Secrets Online
Fenton Area Toastmaster Scott Farnell is Featured Speaker

When business owners get the "go ahead" to restart the economic engine after The Pandemic, they are going to need every advantage they can get. Many are going to have to reassemble their teams. Local CEO Scott Farnell has several decades of experience building a winning team. He took over as Chief Executive Officer of FCI Group a year ago. Farnell spent 24 years learning and improving the business his father started four decades ago. FCI Group is now the premiere provider of laboratory and educational casework and installations in Michigan. Scott credits teamwork with the company’s enormous success and wants to share the strategies and principles that worked for FCI with other area business leaders.
On Friday, April 24, Fenton Area Toastmasters will present Scott Farnell’s online presentation on Building Dynamic Teams. Anyone who wants to hit the ground running after we are allowed to get back to business will benefit from this seminar. In it, Scott will share the success principals that will help your business put together management, sales and production teams that will have your company back in the black in no time.
If you want to hear Scott from the comfort of your home, attend this online Zoom meeting of the Fenton Area Toastmasters. Send your request to attend the meeting to the club's VP of Education at vpe-699671@toastmastersclubs.org and an invitation to join the meeting will be sent to you.
