Shiawassee Street Construction In Fenton

2020 Shiawassee Ave. Road Construction (Bent Oak to Adelaide)

The City is repairing and updating water main along this corridor in advance of street repaving that is scheduled to begin in mid to late September. The street portion of the project consists of curbing repairs, street storm drain repairs, crosswalk improvements and asphalt removal and replacement. Both the water main and street work will be completed by mid-November.

Beginning Tuesday September 8, 2020, Shiawassee will be reduced to one-way traffic east bound from Rounds to Adelaide. The westbound detour route is Adelaide north, to Silver Lake Road west, to Fenway Drive south to Owen Road.
