2 Men Arrested For Selling Fake Pink Tickets in Ferndale

Two men from Illinois were arrested in Ferndale last week for selling fake tickets to a Pink concert in Detroit.

FERNDALE, MI — Two men from Illinois were arrested in Ferndale last week for selling fake tickets to a Pink concert in Detroit before the Grammy Award-winning singer had to cancel the show due to illness, a media report said.

Two different people reported to Ferndale authorities that they had purchased bogus tickets to the concert, prompting officials to take to Craigslist themselves to find the scalpers, The Daily Tribune reported. Police conducted the set-up in Ferndale posing as ticket buyers and took two men, both age 24, into custody.
