The Ethel Walker School Announces 2019 Graduates
A student from Grosse Pointe recently received her diploma from The Ethel Walker School in Connecticut.

SIMSBURY, CT — The Ethel Walker School, an independent college preparatory boarding and day school for girls in Simsbury, CT has announced Katherine Dunn of Grosse Pointe graduated during the commencement ceremony for the Class of 2019.
During the school’s annual Prize Night, she earned the Virginia Childs Ramsey Hinman Class of 1932 Prize. Dunn also was recognized with the Alumnae Board Social Action Award which is presented to a senior who “has demonstrated a concern for issues of social inequality and has acted on her concern through actively promoting awareness or participating in community service, activism or social entrepreneurship intended to advance positive social change.”
Dunn will attend Ohio Wesleyan University in the fall.
