I am in favor of reopening the economy and school system fully.

How will you address the calls for racial justice and police reform?
This is not an issue for the school system. All students will be treated with fairness , equal opportunity and racism will not be tolerated.

I am strongly in favor of a face to face option for children in the district.

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
Keersten Colleen Kassab is passionate about neighborhood schools. She believes strong schools equal strong community. She wants to restore trust and transparency to the Grosse Pointe Public School System. Keersten will provide honest and responsible leadership for our schools. The safety and welfare of our students are her utmost priority. She wants to utilize our facilities to the fullest and help offer students as many opportunities as possible. GPPS is not maximizing its potential and is losing its position as one of the best school systems in the state. The Pointes neighborhood schools and unique traditional character are a strong building block for a strong community. Keersten Colleen Kassab will prioritize the needs of the community and is committed to making the GPPSS stronger and better than ever.
