Utility Work at Kerby, Beaupre Begins
Motorists could be delayed near Kerby and Beaupre as utility crews repair underground lines. The roadways will not be closed completely but lane restrictions are possible from May 13 to May 31.

Lane restrictions on Kerby Road and Beaupre Avenue are possible from now through May 31, 2013, as utility crews work to make repairs to underground lines in the area, according to an alert from Grosse Pointe Farms Department of Public Safety.
The work is being completed by DTE and Corby Energy utility employees.
Neither roadway will be closed completely during the work but traffic could be impacted, according to the alert.

There will be construction holes during the work, which will be fenced off so as not to be accessible by the public.
Work is scheduled to happen between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily and Farms police will be monitoring the area, heavily during school hours, according to the alert.
