Barley, BBQ & Beats Coming To Novi

NOVI, MI — If you love barbecue, whiskey and music, you’ll want to know about this upcoming festival-like fundraiser for the Hospice of Michigan. The Barley, BBQ & Beats event will run 5-9 p.m. June 9 in Novi at the Suburban Collection Showplace.

The fundraiser will feature a variety of food and drink vendors, live entertainment and lawn games. With each admissions, guests can sample three foods and three hand-crafted cocktails. Tickets cost $40 per person.

Michigan distilleries will serve the cocktails, including Detroit City Distillery, Two James Spirits and Grand Traverse Distillery. The food will be catered by leading pitmasters like Detroit BBQ Co. and Red Rock Barbecue. Performances are set to be done by Corey Dakota & the Rippers, Drop 3rd Strike and Space Cat.
