Canton Public Library Closed Through April 21, 2021
A message from Canton Public Library Director, Eva Davis...

The Canton Public Library building will remain closed through Wednesday, April 21, in accordance with the Pandemic Reopening Policy following another positive COVID-19 test reported by a staff member. Library staff are self-isolating to ensure safety before in-person public services are resumed.
Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in our area, we will suspend in-person browsing, computer/equipment use, and book donations indefinitely and will offer holds pickup and curbside service only beginning Thursday, April 22, 2021.
Most scheduled online programs will still occur; however, in-person outdoor storytimes are canceled. If you are registered for a program, we will be in touch over the next few days with instructions.
Due dates on items currently checked out have been extended to April 27, and no fines will accrue during our closure. We are unable to update MeL due dates but please be assured that any fines will be waived.
During our building closure, visit the library’s website at www.cantonpl.org to use e-books, e-audiobooks, movies, music, research tools and many other resources.
Our Wi-Fi will remain on and is most accessible from the west side of the library parking lot.
