The Village Theater at Cherry Hill is pleased to exhibit “Larger Visions x 2,” a solo show of over twenty acrylic paintings by Jon Lange in the Gallery@VT, now through June 28, 2018. An artist’s reception will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, from 7 – 9 p.m. This reception is free and open to the public.
Artist Jon Lange is a Michigan native and artist who has a passion for airbrushing, using acrylics, to create large-scale canvas paintings. Lange’s passion for airbrushing began in 1998 and he often times works up to 9 hours a day creating and perfecting the particular project he is working on. His large-scale paintings often range in size from 2’ x 3’ to 5’ x 12’.
Hailing from Trenton, Michigan, this former art teacher retired from the Crestwood School District after 37 years of service. Lange received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern University and a Master of Science degree from Eastern University.
This talented artist has been a member of the Three Cities Art Club since 2014. He currently resides with his wife of 34 years, Karen Lange, in Livonia, MI.
This current art exhibit at the Gallery@VT is free and open to the public: Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., one hour prior to and during public performances at the theater, as well as by appointment.
