Girl Scout Cookie Drive-Through Sales Begin
Buy cookies or donate them to frontline workers at contact-free outdoor cookie booths

It's that time of year again - Girl Scout cookie time!
Super Bowl weekend is your first chance to get cookies this year, with sneak-peek drive-through cookie sales.
Starting in late February, contact-free outdoor cookie booths will be popping up all over the area! You can find them all at
https://www.girlscouts.org/en/... - the list will be updated as new ones are added.

If you ordered cookies directly from a girl you know already, they'll be arriving soon.
One local booth in Plymouth will happen on Saturday, Feb. 6 from 12-4 pm at West Middle School on Sheldon Rd. at Ann Arbor Trail in Plymouth. It's organized by the 6th grade Troop 40130 from West and East Middle Schools.

The troop's girls have gone camping, learned new skills and bought supplies for local charities using cookie sale proceeds. They're drive-through pros, after holding a donation drive for charity last June to earn their Bronze Award. This year, they're starting to save up for a trip to Chicago when the pandemic eases.
All Girl Scouts and troops are also taking donations of money to buy cookies for frontline essential workers. Even if you're not in the market for cookies, please consider giving. Every donation not only gets cookies to a Hometown Hero, it also helps troops, girls and the regional Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan council, which runs camps and programs for girls from across the lower part of the state.
If you know a Girl Scout, ask her for the link to her cookie site where you can donate using a credit card. Or, drop a donation off with a troop when you stop by their cookie booth.
