Library Building To Close, Contactless Services Available

While the building may be closed, there are many contactless services still available to library patrons, provided by the excellent staff...

The Plymouth District Library Board of Trustees has decided to temporarily close the building, effective Saturday, November 21, at 5 p.m., to protect library patrons and staff, and to contribute toward flattening the ever-rising curve of the coronavirus.

Though the building is closed temporarily, the following contactless services will be available:

  • Expanded curbside service
  • Staff available to help by phone, text or email
  • Technology services to include limited public computer access by appointment, and print services.
  • Downloadable books, movies, tv shows, music
  • Virtual programming for adults, teens and children – live and repeated on our YouTube channel
  • Bedtime stories on Facebook Live
  • Book bundles for children
  • Accept book returns through book drop

These services will be available Monday through Thursday, from 12 – 7 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday, from 10a.m. – 5 p.m.
