Lightning Robotics Adds To List Of National Accolades, Finishes Second In Virtual Robot Driving Competition
The award-winning P-CEP Lightning Robotics team added to its long list of accomplishments.
The award-winning P-CEP Lightning Robotics team added to its long list of accomplishments when it was recently named a finalist in the 2021 Infinite Recharge at Home robotics competition.
The all virtual competition asked teams to participate in a series of challenges. During the recent competition semi-finals, the team finished in second place in the virtual robot driving competition. Preparations for the competition saw Lightning Robotics students working 3 to 5 days a week since December with extra Saturday sessions seeing an average of 30 to 40 hours of work on the project per week.
