Hello Field Families,

This is Mrs. Thomas with the final Weekly Update for the 2020-2021 school year!

It’s hard to believe that it is the official last week of school.  This week brings about different emotions for us all.  But mostly we should all feel a sense of accomplishment. We accomplished a lot this year. You can look at your children and say, “You have grown so much this year both physically and academically!”

• Our fifth grade farewell celebration for 5th graders and their parents or guardians will be held on Tuesday, June 8th.  Please see the detailed information sent by your child’s teacher.  Congratulations to our 5th-grade students moving on to Middle School! You did it!

• To the future Liberty Lions! (5th grade only)

• Just a reminder, if you have not completed your course selection form for next school year please do so as soon as possible.  We need to know your requests as we begin to create our 21/22 schedule.

• Those of you that have already submitted your requests, we thank you and you do not need to submit it again. 

• Teachers will spend this week providing reflection, fun, and closure for our students. 

• Thursday and Friday are half days of school.  Dismissal is at 11:53 a.m.

• Salem is holding a youth volleyball camp.  Please see the attached flyer for details.

Thank you for all you do for your children and for Field Elementary.  Thank you to my team, the wonderful Mrs. Schwartz, our incredible office team, our amazing teachers, and staff. Thank you to the PTO! Have a safe and fun-filled summer.
