TEENS - Poetry by & for teens – Thursday, July 9, 7-8:30 p.m.

Tell your story in poetry. Imagine it in rhythm and maybe a rhyme. Frequent guest poet, Brittany Rogers, comes back to the library to conduct this Zoom workshops for everybody ages 12-18. She’ll clear the path to creativity and writing satisfaction for participants. Go to plymouthlibrary.org and click on Events to save a place. The library will email the Zoom link before the event.

TEENS & YOUTH - Yo-Yo Tricks - Tuesday, July 28, 7 – 8:30 p.m.

Teens and kids, ages 10-17, will learn how to do amazing yo-yo tricks from champions. Go to plymouthlibrary.org and click on Events. Sign-up for the event and receive a yo-yo – practice with some selected videos and then join the group on Zoom on July 28 at 7 pm. All in attendance will get to meet the yo-yo guys, show off new tricks, and get tips toward the next level. Space is limited to the first 24 sign-ups – sign up today.

YOUTH - Dewey the Dragon Puppet Show – Through Sunday, July 5

There is still time to enjoy the Dewey the Dragon & his puppet friends, presented by Alex Thomas and Friends. They will be reading and acting out a few of your favorite fun-filled fairy tales! You will be able to watch the video on YouTube through July 5th.

My Father's Dragon Family Book Club - Monday, July 20, 6:30 – 8p.m.

In My Father's Dragon a young boy runs away with an alley cat to a faraway Island to rescue a
baby dragon. Armed with two dozen pink lollipops, rubber bands, chewing gum, and a fine-toothed comb, Elmer makes a successful journey and overcomes the fierce beasts on wild Island. Read or listen to the book on Hoopla, and join us to share your thoughts! Open to ages 6-12, and parents and caregivers.
