The Plymouth VFW Christmas Tree Farm Is Open For Business

It's now officially the holiday season, and many folks are gonna be in need of a Christmas tree. There is a great place right here in town to not only get a great tree, but also help out our veterans. “Sleaveless” Bill Browning, and the folks at the Plymouth VFW are hosting their yearly Christmas Tree Farm, and they have some really nice trees this year. Trees go on sale the day after Thanksgiving!

This year they are selling Scotch Pines, Canaan Firs, and Fraser Firs, and they have them in all
shapes, and sizes, so you'll be sure to find the perfect tree for your home. Arrangements can also be made to have one delivered within a reasonable local radius. Yes, you read that right, if you
live reasonably close, our veterans will deliver your tree right to your door! Yes, trees go on sale the day after Thanksgiving!

Mr. Browning tells me that a portion of the proceeds from this year's Christmas Tree sale will go to help out veterans at the VA Hospital, with the rest going into the Veteran's Relief Fund, which goes to help Plymouth & Canton veterans who are in need. Another thing thing that our Plymouth-Canton veterans do every single year, is adopt two less fortunate families in our
community, and provide them with everything they need for a real nice Christmas.

Bill Browning, and all of the folks involved in the Christmas Tree Farm, work really hard every year to make this happen. It's a collective effort that involves a lot of muscle to unload, and set up trees, and a lot of volunteer hours in the cold to sell the trees, so please come on out and support this great community effort.

The VFW Christmas Tree Farm Hours Are:

Monday – Friday 4:00 – 7:00 PM

Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sunday 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
