Plymouth VFW Taking Bottle And Can Donations For Parking Lot Repair
The men and women of the Plymouth VFW Post 6695 are asking the community for bottle and can donations to make repairs to their parking lot.
Our veterans at the Plymouth-Canton VFW post are looking to do some repairs to their parking lot. They do most everything themselves, and are pretty darn self sufficient, but this is a big project. The Men’s Auxiliary have taken on this project, and they are asking members if they might want to donate their bottles and cans to help pay the cost of this infrastructure improvement.
There has been a good response from the VFW membership, but this will be a costly project, and they are now asking any members in the Plymouth-Canton community to maybe lend a hand with this project.
It’s really simple. If you have bottles and cans saved up, they are asking that you drop them off at the VFW Post 6695 on Mill Street & Ann Arbor Road. All you have to do, is drive into the parking lot, head towards the back, and you’ll see a white fence. Just drop them behind the white fence, and our vets will handle the rest. You can also make a cash donation if you feel so inclined to help our veterans with this project.

Another great time to bring cans and bottles is at the Cruz’n 528 Car Show on any Wednesday between 5:00 & 8:00 PM. You can show up, drop off your cans and bottles, and stay awhile for some fun. You’ll be treated to some really cool cars, great music, awesome food, and great company as well.
So let’s pitch in this summer, and help our veterans get this parking lot project done. We’re gonna do it dime by dime.
